Acceptance of the General Conditions
Acceptance of these general terms and conditions is materialized by a check box in the registration form that provides access to the Services. This acceptance can only be full and complete. Any conditional membership is considered null and void.
Registration on the site
The use of the Services requires the User to register on the site by filling out the designated form. The User must provide all information marked as mandatory. Any incomplete registration will not be validated.
Registration automatically opens an account in the name of the User (hereinafter: the "Account"), giving them access to a personal space (hereinafter: the "Personal Space") that allows them to manage their use of the Services.

User's Guarantee

Prohibited Behaviors

5/ Manipulations intended to improve the ranking of a third-party site.

Sanctions for Violations
In case of a breach of any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions or more generally, a violation of the laws and regulations in force by a User, ORSON reserves the right to take any appropriate measure, and in particular to:
1/ Suspend or terminate the access to the Services of the User, author of the breach or violation, or having participated in it.
2/ Delete any content posted on the site.
3/ Publish on the site any information message that ORSON deems useful.
4/ Notify any relevant authority.
5/ Take any legal action.
Responsibility and Guarantee of ORSON
ORSON undertakes to provide the Services with diligence and according to the rules of the art, it being specified that it has an obligation of means, excluding any obligation of result, which Users expressly acknowledge and accept.
Intellectual Property
The systems, software, structures, infrastructures, databases, and content of any kind (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, trademarks, databases, etc.) operated by ORSON on the site are protected by all intellectual property rights or rights of database producers in force. Duration of Services, Unsubscription

Modifications
