Frank Paul Weber is Principal Consultant in charge of Germany at Orson.With over 20 years of experience in communication, public affairs, and executive consulting, Frank Paul Weber brings unique expertise to the firm.Alongside Mouna Sepehri and Patrick Ropert, Frank Paul supports companies and leaders in Germany and France, while strengthening the firm’s international presence.Previously, Frank Paul served as as Senior advisor in the Cabinet of the German Federal Minister of Finance (during the terms of office of ministers Wolfgang Schäuble and Olaf Scholz) and as spokesperson for the ministry.Prior to this role, he headed the international communications of SNCF Group.His career as a journalist for La Tribune and chairman of the Foreign Press Association in Germany (VAP) shaped his influential network among European opinion leaders.

Patrick is a recognized expert in leadership advisory, the personalized counseling of CEOs and their executive teams on strategic coherence, impact of actions, and building a favorable influence ecosystem.

Co-founder

François has worked at the intersection of research and entrepreneurship. A specialist in algorithmic sciences and finance, he has founded several pioneering FinTechs leveraging artificial intelligence, driving significant advancements in quantitative investment.

A former corporate lawyer, Mouna has been General Secretary of one of the largest industry sector market capitalizations. She also served as Board member of several international listed companies.
